Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert actuarial consultation across pricing, loss reserving, modeling, or reinsurance.
- Lead the development of pricing strategies, including new products and rating structures.
- Analyze industry and competitor trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Explore innovative statistical models, tools, and data sources to deliver impactful business solutions.
- Manage projects and mentor team members to foster professional growth and excellence.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
- ACAS or FCAS designation is required.
- In-depth knowledge of property and casualty insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and pricing models.
- Proven experience with statistical analysis, data forecasting, and advanced modeling techniques.
- Strong understanding of profitability, growth, and risk concepts.
- Leadership experience in managing projects and mentoring staff.
