Responsibilities
- Provide actuarial and analytical support to the Aerospace business globally.
- Lead on pricing tool enhancements using Python and granular performance analysis with R.
- Drive large-scale transformation projects, including model and tool development.
- Collaborate with underwriting to ensure consistent technical pricing practices.
- Conduct profitability studies and support business planning initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Over five years of actuarial pricing experience in general insurance.
- Proficiency in R and VBA; Python experience is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
