Key Responsibilities
Development and Maintenance of the EC Framework
- Design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive EC framework across Mortality, Morbidity, Longevity, Funded Solutions, and Capital Solutions.
- Manage all phases of capital calibration, including data collection, analysis, model calibration, and approvals.
- Ensure the framework is efficient, sustainable, and adaptable to both established and new markets while addressing pricing, corporate actuarial, and risk needs.
Innovative Projects and Knowledge Sharing
- Drive centralization initiatives by applying methodologies and techniques to enhance all aspects of research and development.
- Expand expertise in actuarial and statistical methods for capital calibration, contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives that uphold technical excellence.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential Requirements
- Fellow of a recognized actuarial body or equivalent professional designation.
- Experience in pricing across multiple lines of business and global markets.
- Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills with an interest in statistical methods.
- Proficiency or willingness to develop skills in SQL, R, and Tableau.
