We are seeking a highly experienced Reserving Actuary to join as a Director within our UK non-life insurance practice. This role involves leading the delivery of client engagements, contributing to thought leadership, and driving business development within our reserving services.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement
- Lead diverse projects, including reserving reviews, process automation, IFRS17, Solvency II, and M&A due diligence.
- Manage client communications, deliver presentations, and mentor junior colleagues.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to support business growth.
Thought Leadership
- Drive UK and global thought leadership initiatives in analytics and reserving transformation.
- Contribute to innovative, commercially impactful workstreams.
Team Development
- Mentor and train team members while contributing to talent recruitment.
- Oversee project management and resource allocation.
Market Development
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Write proposals and contribute to business development efforts.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Qualified Actuary (FIA or equivalent) with extensive non-life reserving experience.
- Expertise in Lloyd’s Syndicates, London Market, or commercial insurance.
- Proven leadership in project and people management.
- Strong client communication skills, including presenting to senior audiences.
- Established market network and ability to develop new client relationships.
