About the Role

As part of a leading Actuarial & Consulting team with over 400 experts, you will advise a wide range of clients and stakeholders across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. From managing defined benefit (DB) plans to executing large-scale communication projects and exploring innovative pension solutions, you will experience a broad variety of work while specializing in areas that align with your interests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Delivery: Provide UK DB pensions advice to clients, manage key projects, and build strong client relationships.
  • Leadership and Development: Support team members’ growth by mentoring, guiding, and creating collaborative project environments.
  • Business Development: Assist in growing the client base through developing innovative strategies and building long-term relationships.
  • Project Management: Lead on projects such as actuarial valuations, pension strategies, insurance transactions, and data-focused initiatives like benefit rectifications and GMP equalization.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of UK DB pensions or relevant actuarial skills.
