Key Responsibilities

Actuarial Analysis and Reporting

  • Perform complex individual member calculations and review simpler ones, advancing to reviewing complex scenarios.
  • Conduct actuarial valuation calculations and review draft reports, advice, and member communications.
  • Support and manage various client projects, including corporate team initiatives.

Client Management

  • Develop skills to become a Client Account Manager, gradually taking on account management duties.
  • Attend client meetings, actively participate, and manage day-to-day client correspondence.
  • Address client and third-party queries, offering technical advice and proactive consultancy.
  • Oversee the allocation, completion, and quality of client deliverables while working closely with senior team members.

Experience and Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • Qualifications:
    • Qualified FIA/FAA or part-qualified and actively progressing through actuarial exams.
  • Skills:
    • Strong IT and technical skills with a solid understanding of pensions fundamentals.
    • Effective presentation abilities and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
