Key Responsibilities
- Pricing Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses to improve pricing for MGA and DA partners, enhancing their pricing frameworks and overall performance.
- Portfolio Monitoring: Develop and manage data dashboards, enabling stakeholders to assess trends and forecast performance.
- New Deals: Work on assessing and onboarding new delegated authority portfolios in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Process Enhancement: Innovate and improve internal systems and workflows, ensuring efficiency and high-quality outputs.
- Collaboration: Build strong relationships internally and externally, fostering a data-driven approach across the organization.
- Technical Expertise: Gain and apply skills in tools like SQL, R, and Power BI, with continuous learning opportunities.
- Team Contribution: Participate in coaching junior colleagues and potentially take on line management responsibilities as you grow in the role.
What We Are Looking For
- Essential: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and an eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team.
- Preferred: Actuarial experience in General Insurance, familiarity with MGA/DA portfolios, and proficiency in tools like SQL and R. A solid understanding of SME and Personal Lines products is an advantage.
