Your Mission:
Based in our New York office, you will play a pivotal role in hyperexponential’s US market expansion. By combining technical expertise with strategic thinking, you will deliver best-in-class pricing solutions using hx Renew, engage with prospective customers, and enhance existing relationships. You’ll collaborate with various teams, contribute industry insights, and champion innovation in the Commercial P&C market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct workshops with actuaries and underwriters to understand their needs, advise on pricing and underwriting best practices, and drive platform adoption.
- Develop technical expertise with hx Renew to identify innovative use cases and establish partnerships with third-party data providers.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams, providing input on US Specialty and Commercial P&C market needs.
- Tailor and deliver compelling product demos to a diverse audience, including actuaries, underwriters, and executives.
- Advocate for the future of pricing and underwriting while helping customers achieve modern solutions today.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align new features with market demands and enhance demo materials.
- Work with marketing to generate demand through conferences, webinars, and workshops.
Experience and Skills:
- Expertise as a Pricing Actuary in the US Commercial P&C market, with specialization in Specialty and Commercial Lines preferred.
- Experience in consultancy or diverse roles within the Commercial P&C/Reinsurance markets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to inspire change and deliver impactful insights.
- Hands-on experience with pricing tool development and deployment, utilizing various pricing methodologies.
- Technical aptitude in coding, data, analytics, and technology, with a proven ability to drive projects forward.
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
