As a Senior Manager, you will oversee a team of associates conducting advanced analysis on underwriting, rating, and claims performance to inform ratemaking, reserving, regulatory filings, and management information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor associates responsible for analyzing large datasets to develop pricing models and strategies.
- Conduct complex analysis to drive actionable insights and achieve targeted business objectives.
- Develop and implement key initiatives to enhance the Pricing area, utilizing vision and strategic thinking.
- Identify and prioritize projects that align with business goals.
- Communicate complex analyses and concepts in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
- Effectively manage and monitor multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery of results.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of actuarial or advanced data analytics work experience.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality, error-free work within established deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Effective prioritization and project management capabilities.
- Experience in leading associates or projects, with a track record of driving results.
Compensation:
- Annual Salary Range: $137,000.00 – $224,000.00
- Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work experience, education, training, location, and market considerations.
