Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Reserving Actuary to join our North America Reserving team.

This role supports reserve estimation for North America business lines and oversees management reporting for various strategic units in the region. Reporting to the Head of Reserving for North America Insurance, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the reserving strategy and collaborating with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the quarterly Actuarial Central Estimate (ACE) reserving process for U.S. and Bermuda insurance lines.
  • Present quarterly reserving results to senior management and underwriting teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships across actuarial, risk, claims, finance, and financial planning teams to enhance business understanding.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with senior management, including C-suite executives.
  • Lead special projects to analyze trends and emerging risks within the insurance portfolio.
  • Provide support for the annual planning process based on ACE analysis.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes and market developments impacting the business.
  • Undertake additional projects as required to meet business needs.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

  • Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) with at least 10 years of experience in insurance or consulting.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior management and underwriting teams.
  • Strong communication skills, including presenting to executive and board-level audiences.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills; programming experience is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range: $140,000 – $210,000 (dependent on work location, qualifications, and experience).
