Key Responsibilities
As a Trustee Actuarial Pensions Consultant, you will:
- Strategic Client Advisory: Provide strategic advice on valuations, funding negotiations, integrated risk management, risk settlement, PPF levy management, and member options.
- Client Relationship Management: Lead day-to-day relationships with select clients, focusing on expanding those relationships and introducing additional services.
- Project Leadership: Direct and manage large projects, including valuations and factor reviews, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Technical Oversight: Take responsibility for the quality of technical work delivered to clients, including reviewing work from support teams.
- Market Engagement: Network within the local market to build relationships and maintain industry presence.
- Collaboration & Development: Support senior leaders in serving larger clients, contribute to national thought leadership, and mentor junior team members.
- Compliance: Adhere to company risk management frameworks and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
