After meeting with the client to discuss their requirements in great detail, we instantly identified the need to ensure the brand message is strong enough to attract the calibre of individuals required to fill this position.
Internally, we had to combine a number of methodologies to identify, target, and convince suitable candidates for the role. Once we had identified the potential targets, we engaged deeply with them around their motivations.
