Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with underwriters and the technical pricing team.
- Develop, deploy, and refine pricing models aligned with compliance frameworks.
- Analyze data to create accurate technical pricing models supporting underwriting decisions.
- Support case pricing, renewal monitoring, and business planning.
- Prepare governance reports for senior management and committees.
- Collaborate across functions to integrate catastrophe modeling and drive process improvements.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering professional growth.

Core Skills

- Strong communication and time management skills.
Advantageous Skills
- Actuarial qualifications or equivalent certifications.
- Programming experience in SQL, Python, or VBA.
