Responsibilities
- Provide actuarial and analytical expertise to support global Credit Lines operations, ensuring profitable growth and proactive adjustments.
- Develop and enhance technical pricing tools and rating models, with a strong focus on Python-based solutions.
- Conduct granular performance analyses to enable underwriters to optimise results.
- Lead large-scale transformation initiatives, such as rater development and performance monitoring systems.
- Coordinate with actuarial teams to implement robust pricing models and enforce global consistency in practices.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness for pricing and performance monitoring.
- Drive profitability analyses, business planning, and strategy development.
- Mentor and train junior team members, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Comply with regulatory requirements, risk management policies, and decision-making frameworks.
Qualifications
- Degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of actuarial pricing experience in general insurance.
