Senior Manager – Reserving

The Role

This is an opportunity to join a leading global Management Consulting firm, to build on their success story in London and across Europe.
On the Reserving front, the key agenda is to lead reserving teams, delivering end to end reserving process for various organisations in and outside the Lloyd’s market. Looking at the overall strategy of various organisations and implementing strategies to improve systems, processes and the bottom line.
The role will involve leading sizable teams, building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders. You will gain firsthand exposure to developing propositions with a commercial focus.
This position will be ideal for an individual who enjoys a role which is varied and has a good balance between commercial and technical.

Key Criteria

You will be a fully qualified Actuary with deep knowledge of Reserving, Solvency II, excellent communication skills, people leadership experience and senior stakeholder relationship management.
