In this role, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate, as well as develop your managerial skills. You will be responsible for managing small to medium size teams of junior actuarial trainees as part of a larger project, including monitoring performance and productivity. You will also be at the forefront of business development, leading and assisting with proposals to key stakeholders in the business.

Experience Required

  • Qualified Actuary
  • Life Insurance Industry or Consulting experience
  • Experience of one or more of the following:
  • Solvency II
  • Finance Transformation
  • Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Capital management
  • Reserving
  • Actuarial Modelling
  • Embedded Value
  • IFRS
  • The ability to apply your knowledge in practical and commercial situations
  • Clear communication skills
  • Strong leadership & management skills
